We Are Hyperganic. Our mission is to dramatically accelerate the pace of innovation in engineering to help solve humanitys greatest challenges. We are fundamentally changing how engineering works, by moving it to a software paradigm. Our platform creates parts, structures and entire machines using Algorithmic Engineering and Artificial Intelligence. The objects we create are more efficient, more sustainable and more elegant than things made by humans in the past and they often start to look like out of a science fiction novel. Our customers use the worlds most advanced digital manufacturing technology to mass-produce them at scale. We work closely with the leading companies all over the world, across diverse fields from space hardware, next generation consumer goods to medical applications and bioprinting.

You will:

  • Be the first point of contact for inbound contact requests
  • Manage the daily office processes at Hyperganic in Singapore
  • Be responsible for accurate bookkeeping and document digitalization
  • Organize meetings, calls and travel itinerary for executives
  • Assist the team in ad-hoc tasks and ensure supplies are stocked
  • Assist with the on/offboarding of new and/or existing employees

Our ideal candidate:

  • Has at least 2 years of office management and administrative support experience. (Fresh graduates are also welcomed to apply.)
  • Has a solid understanding of bookkeeping and business processes
  • Is candid and outspoken
