The posting

The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for all cost and contractual issues on Sub-contracts for the

project, e.g.:-

  • Procurement including quantities take-off, compilation of relevant specifications and requirements, forming of work matrix, obtaining quotations, preparing cost comparison and put forward recommendation to the management for the award of the sub-contract.
  • Managing the sub-contract subsequent to the sub-contract award including payment, evaluation of variations, etc.
  • Carry out other cost estimates and evaluations as required.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.

Requirement

  • Educational Level and the field of study: Tertiary Education in Quantity Surveying
  • Amount of experience: minimum 3 years related in civil engineering or similar role
  • This is a contract position for 1.5 years. Candidates must be willing to commit to the 1.5 years contract perio
