Организация амбулаторного приёма врача-терапевта участкового . Обеспечение его картами амбулаторных больных, бланками рецептов, направлений, подготовка к работе приборов и инструментов, регулирование потока пациентов на врачебном приёме. Формирование врачебного (терапевтического) участка . Ведение персонального учёта и базы данных состояния здоровья обслуживаемого населения, участие в формировании групп диспансерного наблюдения. Участие в проведении медицинских осмотров и диспансеризации . Доврачебный приём . Антропометрия, термометрия, измерение артериального давления с внесением данных в медицинскую информационную систему. Заполнение листка нетрудоспособности . Предоставление его на подпись врачу. Проведение диагностических и лечебных мероприятий по назначению врача в амбулаторных условиях и на дому . Активное посещение маломобильных пациентов на дому для динамического наблюдения. Участие в профилактике инфекционных заболеваний . Организация и проведение противоэпидемических мероприятий, иммунопрофилактики в установленном порядке. Оформление экстренного извещения при выявлении инфекционного заболевания, пищевом, остром профессиональном отравлении. Оформление заключений, санаторно-курортной карты, направлений на медико-социальную экспертизу и иной медицинской документации по поручению врача. Совместная с органами социальной защиты населения организация медико-социальной помощи отдельным категориям граждан: одиноким, престарелым, инвалидам, хроническим больным, нуждающимся в уходе. Соблюдение санитарно-гигиенического режима в помещении, правил асептики и антисептики, условий стерилизации инструментов и материалов. Консультирование по вопросам формирования здорового образа жизни, профилактические мероприятия по предупреждению и снижению заболеваемости, выявлению ранних и скрытых форм заболеваний, социально значимых болезней и факторов риска.

Квалификация . Среднее профессиональное образование по специальности Сестринское дело или Лечебное дело или Акушерское дело и дополнительное профессиональное образование по специальности Сестринское дело . Особые условия допуска к работе . Сертификат специалиста или свидетельство об аккредитации по специальности Сестринское дело, прохождение обязательных предварительных и периодических медицинских осмотров, а также внеочередных осмотров. Знание определённых дисциплин . Анатомо-физиологические особенности и показатели жизнедеятельности человека в разные возрастные периоды, виды, цели и задачи дезинфекции, предстерилизационной очистки и стерилизации медицинских изделий и другие. Регулярное повышение квалификации . Не реже одного раза в 5 лет необходимо проходить обучение, подтверждать и повышать свою квалификацию.
