Компьютерная грамотность: умение заполнять электронный журнал, создавать презентации для уроков, работать с интерактивной доской. 3. Личные качества соискателя (Soft Skills) Специфика предмета требует от учителя ИЗО особых психологических черт: Высокий уровень эмпатии и терпения: умение бережно относиться к детскому творчеству, не критиковать жестко, а направлять и мотивировать. Креативность: способность придумывать интересные, нестандартные темы уроков, чтобы вовлечь даже тех детей, которые не умеют рисовать . Организованность: умение быстро подготовить кабинет к уроку (краски, вода, бумага) и организовать детей для уборки рабочих мест в конце занятия. Дополнительные преимущества: Готов вести смежные дисциплины (например, черчение, мировую художественную культуру (МХК) или технологию). Имеет опыт организации школьных выставок, праздничного оформления актового зала или подготовки детей к художественным конкурсам. Имеет квалификационную категорию (первую или высшую) для опытных учителей.
