Руководить хозяйственной деятельностью школы . * Принимать материальные ценности, имущество, мебель, инвентарь* школы на ответственное хранение в порядке, установленном законодательством. Обеспечивать работников школы канцелярскими принадлежностями, предметами хозяйственного обихода. Обеспечивать своевременную подготовку школы к началу учебного года. Осуществлять текущий контроль за хозяйственным обслуживанием и надлежащим техническим и санитарно-гигиеническим состоянием зданий, сооружений, классов, учебных кабинетов, мастерских, спортзала, жилых и других помещений, иного имущества школы, а также столовой в соответствии с требованиями норм и правил безопасности жизнедеятельности. Контролировать рациональное расходование материалов и финансовых средств школы. Руководить работами по благоустройству, озеленению и уборке территории школы. Организовывать инвентарный учёт имущества школы, проводить инвентаризацию имущества, своевременно составлять отчётность и вести документацию по закреплённому участку работы. Обеспечивать соблюдение требований охраны труда при эксплуатации основного здания и других построек школы, технологического и энергетического оборудования, осуществлять их периодический осмотр и организовывать текущий ремонт. Организовывать соблюдение требований пожарной безопасности зданий и сооружений, следить за исправностью средств пожаротушения. Обеспечивать учебные кабинеты, мастерские, бытовые, хозяйственные и другие помещения оборудованием и инвентарём, отвечающим требованиям правил и норм безопасности жизнедеятельности, стандартам безопасности труда.

Некоторые требования к кандидату на должность завхоза в школе: Профильное среднее или высшее образование либо профпереподготовка по специальности Заведующий хозяйством . Знание основ охраны труда, пожарной безопасности, санитарных норм . Навыки ведения документации и работы в электронных системах учёта: 1С, Excel, порталы госзакупок. Понимание принципов работы инженерных систем: отопления, вентиляции, водоснабжения, электроснабжения. Знание порядка проведения закупок, заключения договоров и взаимодействия с поставщиками.
