Mit über 20 Standorten in ganz Deutschland haben wir uns zu echten Kult-Locations etabliert, die für ihre hochwertigen Pizzen und außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft bekannt sind. Unser Teig ruht bis zu 72 Stunden, unsere Pizzen werden bei 485 Grad in nur 60 Sekunden perfekt gebacken – und wir setzen auf die besten Zutaten direkt aus Neapel. Für unseren Standort in München suchen wir ab sofort eine engagierte und fachkundige Betriebsleitung, die mit Leidenschaft, Organisationstalent und einem klaren Fokus auf Qualität unser Team führt und die Gäste begeistert.

Deine Mission – Dein Verantwortungsbereich:

  • Du übernimmst die personelle, organisatorische und betriebswirtschaftliche Leitung des Operativen Bereichs und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf.
  • Du achtest auf die Erreichung der Umsatz- und Kalkulationsziele und steuerst den Betrieb wirtschaftlich und effizient.
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Schulung und Weiterentwicklung von neuen und bestehenden Mitarbeitern und sorgst dafür, dass alle gemeinsam unser hohes Qualitätsniveau halten.
  • Du stellst sicher, dass alle gesetzlichen Vorschriften (z. B. HACCP, Arbeitssicherheit) jederzeit eingehalten werden.
