Mit über 20 Standorten in ganz Deutschland haben wir uns zu echten Kult-Locations entwickelt. Nirgendwo sonst in Deutschland findet man so hochwertige Pizzen wie bei uns: mit bis zu 72 Stunden Teigruhe, 60 Sekunden Backzeit im 485 Grad heißen Ofen und belegt mit den besten Produkten.

Wir suchen ab sofort einen erfahrenen und engagierten Operations Manager (m/w/d), der unser Unternehmen mit Leidenschaft, Organisationstalent und Gastfreundlichkeit unterstützt. Der Einsatz findet bundesweit statt.

In dieser Schlüsselrolle bist du verantwortlich für die umfassende Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung aller anstehenden Neueröffnungen – sowohl bundesweit als auch international. Du begleitest unsere Expansion operativ vor Ort, sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe und trägst maßgeblich zum erfolgreichen Start neuer Standorte bei.

Eine hohe Reisebereitschaft sowie ein gültiger Führerschein sind aufgrund der häufigen Einsätze zwingend erforderlich. Ein Dienstfahrzeug sowie die Unterkunft vor Ort werden selbstverständlich gestellt.

  • Wirtschaftliche Verantwortung: Du steuerst die Performance mehrerer 60 seconds to Napoli Restaurants Weltweit und sorgst für nachhaltigen Erfolg.
  • Talentmanagement: Du erkennst Potenziale in unseren Teams und entwickelst die Talente von morgen.
  • Qualitätssicherung: Du gewährleistest die Einhaltung unserer hohen Standards und unterstützt bei der Umsetzung von Prozessen und Routinen anhand moderner Management-Tools wie e2n und Marketman.
  • Planung und Analyse: Du erstellst fundierte Umsatz-, Kosten- und Betriebsanalysen und sicherst damit eine optimale betriebliche Planung.
  • Unternehmenskultur stärken: Du baust eine motivierende, teamorientierte Unternehmenskultur auf und lebst sie vor.
  • Kommunikation: Du stehst in direktem Austausch mit der Geschäftsführung um die Unternehmensziele gemeinsam zu erreichen.

  • Berufserfahrung: Mehrjährige Erfahrung (mind. 2 Jahre) im operativen Management oder in vergleichbarer Position in der Gastronomie bzw. Systemgastronomie
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein: Ausgeprägtes organisatorisches Talent und Verständnis für betriebliche Abläufe sowie wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
  • Teamführung: Erfahrung in der Anleitung und Motivation von Teams – du führst mit Vorbildfunktion und einem praxisorientierten Führungsstil
  • Arbeitsweise: Strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Herangehensweise mit Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Flexibilität: Bereitschaft zu Reisetätigkeit und Einsätzen an verschiedenen Standorten innerhalb Deutschlands
  • Kommunikation: Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und idealerweise Grundkenntnisse in Englisch
