Und wir wachsen weiter: Neue Standorte in Österreich und den Niederlanden stehen schon in den Startlöchern. Nirgendwo sonst findest du so hochwertige Pizza wie bei uns – mit bis zu 72 Stunden Teigruhe und 60 Sekunden Backzeit im 485 Grad heißen Ofen.

Unser Projektteam unterstützt neue Standorte - von der Planung bis zur Eröffnung bist Du mittendrin dabei. Und auch im Daily Business bist du ein wichtiger Ansprechpartner für alle Fragen und Abläufe in unseren Restaurant und arbeitest hands-on mit dem Management Team zusammen.

Für unser Büro in Dortmund suchen wir einen Werkstudent Projektmanagement & Backoffice (m/w/d), der Lust hat, mitten im Geschehen zu sein.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Owner of Merch: Du kümmerst Dich um unser hochwertiges und cooles Merch und unsere Mitarbeiterbekleidung: Du sorgst dafür, dass alles pünktlich bei unseren Mitarbeitern ankommt
  • Bookings: Du unterstützt bei der Reiseorganisation unserer Teams und behältst die Hotelrechnungen im Blick, indem du sie einholst und einpflegst
  • Orders: Du sorgst dafür, dass in unseren Standorten nichts fehlt und unterstützt bei Nachbestellungen von Utensilien und Material
  • Reservation: Du unterstützt unser Team bei Reservierungsanfragen, damit unsere Gäste schnell eine Antwort bekommen
  • Apartments: Du unterstützt bei der Organisation der Mitarbeiterwohnungen - von der Wohnungssuche bishin zur Ausstellung der Wohnungsgeberbescheinigungen
  • Office Management: Du sorgst dafür, dass es im Büro an nichts fehlt - von frischen Blumen über Getränke bis zu allem, was der Alltag braucht und hältst unsere Dokumentenablage in Ordnung

  • Du bist eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d), z. B. in BWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Event- oder Hospitality Management oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Du hast Organisationstalent und behältst auch bei vielen Aufgaben gleichzeitig den Überblick
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig und packst gerne selbst mit an
  • Du kommunizierst freundlich und offen, egal ob mit Kollegen, Gästen oder Lieferanten
  • Du hast sicheren Umgang mit MS Office, vor allem Outlook und Excel
  • Du besitzt sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Von Vorteil: Erste Erfahrungen in der Gastronomie oder im Office-Umfeld sowie ein Führerschein Klasse B
