Медицинская сестра бассейна БОУ г. Омска Средняя общеобразовательная школа № 61 . Основные обязанности Оказывать доврачебную помощь учащимся и сотрудникам при травмах, обмороках, ухудшении самочувствия и других неотложных состояниях; при необходимости вызывать скорую помощь и информировать администрацию. Проводить предварительный осмотр учащихся перед занятиями: выявлять признаки острых заболеваний, кожных высыпаний, открытых ран и иные противопоказания к посещению бассейна; фиксировать случаи, когда ребёнка нужно освободить от занятия. Контролировать наличие медицинских допусков к занятиям в бассейне: справок от врача, результатов анализов (например, на энтеробиоз в соответствии с действующими санитарными требованиями), сроков их действия. Следить за санитарно-гигиеническим состоянием помещений бассейна (раздевалки, душевые, обход вокруг чаши, зона отдыха): проверять чистоту, своевременность уборки, наличие средств дезинфекции, исправность аптечек. Контролировать параметры среды: температуру воды и воздуха, влажность, освещённость в пределах установленных норм; фиксировать отклонения и сообщать ответственным лицам. Участвовать в контроле качества воды: следить за показателями pH, хлора (или иного используемого дезинфектанта) по данным лаборатории/службы водоподготовки; при отклонениях или ухудшении органолептических показателей (мутность, запах) инициировать проверку и приостановление занятий по согласованию с администрацией. Вести медицинскую и учётную документацию: журналы осмотра, учёта оказанной помощи, контроля параметров среды, учёта расходования медикаментов и дезсредств, акты при ЧС. Организовывать и контролировать дезинфекцию контактных поверхностей, инвентаря и оборудования в зоне своей ответственности; следить за правильным сбором и утилизацией медицинских отходов. Проводить профилактическую и просветительскую работу: инструктажи для учащихся по гигиене посещения бассейна, профилактике травм и инфекций; консультации для педагогов и родителей по вопросам здоровья и допуска к плаванию. Обеспечивать готовность аптечки первой помощи и средств экстренной помощи: проверять сроки годности, комплектность, своевременно подавать заявки на пополнение. Соблюдать требования охраны труда, пожарной безопасности и санитарных правил, а также внутренний распорядок школы; участвовать в плановых учениях (эвакуация, оказание первой помощи). Сообщать администрации о любых чрезвычайных происшествиях, нарушениях санитарных норм, неисправностях оборудования, угрожающих здоровью и безопасности учащихся.
