The posting

1. Ежедневно следит за чистотой оборудования и посуды на пищеблоке. 2. Участвует при погрузке и разгрузке, переноске грузов и размещения их. 3. Доставляет освободившуюся тару, фляги, бочки, мешки в кладовую. 4. Включает и выключает электрические и газовые плиты и кипятильники. 5. Доставляет котлы с готовой пищей к раздаче вручную. 6. Обеспечивает гигиеническую обработку продуктов, чистит овощи, рыбу, моет фрукты. 7. Собирает и выливает отходы производства. 8. Отвечает за чистоту и своевременную уборку всего закрепленного за ним помещения кухни. 9. При отсутствии на группе младшего воспитателя, разносит обед по группам. 10. По графику осуществляет генеральную уборку помещения пищеблока. 11. Проводит уборку пищеблока, ежедневно моет кухонную посуду, оборудование, инвентарь, 1 раз в месяц проводит генеральную уборку, маркирует кухонную посуду. 12. Знает правила санитарии и гигиены по содержанию помещений, правила уборки; концентрацию моющих дезсредств и правила безопасного использования ими, правила эксплуатации санитарно-технического оборудования. 13. Строго соблюдает правила личной гигиены, следит за своим внешним видом. 14. Проходит периодические медицинские обследования.

Должен знать: безопасные приёмы работы по разгрузке, по переноске, погрузке, разгрузке, транспортировке всякого рода грузов; правила вскрытия тары, правила ТБ, ПБ и охраны труда; меры предупреждения пищевых отравлений; правила сборов и хранения отходов; эксплуатации оборудования (включения и отключения газовых, электрических кипятильников); маркировка кухонной посуды, инвентаря и их назначения; правила личной гигиены.
