The posting

Руководство строительно-монтажными работами (СМР) на объекте в соответствии с проектной документацией, ППР и графиком. Организация и контроль работы субподрядных организаций и собственных бригад на площадке. Обеспечение соблюдения технологической последовательности производства строительных работ. Контроль качества выполняемых работ, целевого использования материалов и работы строительной техники. Ведение исполнительной документации на объекте: общего и специальных журналов работ (КС-6), журналов по технике безопасности. Заказ строительных материалов, конструкций, инструмента и обеспечение их надлежащего приемщика и хранения. Сдача выполненных этапов работ технадзору заказчика и подписание актов скрытых работ. Обеспечение соблюдения правил охраны труда, техники безопасности (ТБ) и пожарной безопасности на объекте.

Образование: Высшее или среднее профессиональное (строительное, желательно специализация ПГС Промышленное и гражданское строительство). Опыт работы: От 1 года до 3 лет в должности прораба, мастера строительного участка или начальника участка. Профессиональные навыки (Hard Skills): Умение свободно читать чертежи, проектно-сметную и техническую документацию. Знание СНиП, СП, ГОСТ и технологий производства различных видов строительных работ. Опыт ведения исполнительной документации и журналов работ. Знание правил охраны труда и промышленной безопасности на стройплощадке. Уверенный пользователь ПК (MS Office, желательно AutoCAD на уровне просмотра чертежей). Личные качества (Soft Skills): Высокие лидерские и управленческие качества, умение руководить коллективом, стрессоустойчивость, требовательность, умение оперативно решать сложные задачи на площадке.
