Данная должность закотирована для участника специальной-военной операции Разработка программ. Он составляет рабочую программу по предмету на основе федеральных рабочих программ и обеспечивает её выполнение. Также участвует в разработке программы развития школы для создания комфортной и безопасной среды. Планирование и проведение уроков. Учитель составляет тематический план на год и рабочий план на каждый урок, проводит занятия. Анализ эффективности. Он систематически оценивает, насколько успешно уроки и выбранные методы достигают целей, и при необходимости корректирует подход. Контроль и оценка. Организует текущий и итоговый контроль знаний, использует разные формы (тесты, проекты и т.д.), объективно оценивает результаты с учётом реальных возможностей учеников. Ведёт электронный журнал и дневники. Формирование навыков. Развивает у детей универсальные учебные действия и навыки работы с информационно-коммуникационными технологиями (ИКТ), а также мотивацию к изучению языка. Воспитательная деятельность Поддержание дисциплины. Регулирует поведение учеников на уроках, поддерживает режим посещения, при этом уважая человеческое достоинство детей. Современные формы работы. Использует интерактивные и другие формы воспитательной работы как на уроках, так и во внеурочной деятельности. Постановка воспитательных целей. Ставит цели, которые способствуют развитию обучающихся независимо от их способностей и характера. Контроль правил. Следит за соблюдением учениками правил поведения в кабинете английского языка. Развитие личностных качеств. Способствует формированию гражданской позиции, культуры здорового и безопасного образа жизни, познавательной активности, самостоятельности и творческих способностей. Развивающая деятельность Безопасная среда. Создаёт на занятиях психологически комфортную и безопасную среду. Работа с разными группами. Освоив психолого-педагогические технологии (в том числе инклюзивные), учитель выстраивает адресную работу с разными категориями учеников: одарёнными, социально уязвимыми, детьми-мигрантами, сиротами, детьми с особыми образовательными потребностями, с ограниченными возможностями здоровья и другими. Индивидуальные программы. При необходимости разрабатывает и реализует индивидуальные учебные планы по английскому языку в рамках индивидуальных программ развития ребёнка. Участие в консилиумах. Как учитель-предметник участвует в психолого-медико-педагогических консилиумах. Дополнительные обязанности Охрана жизни и здоровья. Обеспечивает безопасность учеников во время уроков, факультативов, олимпиад, конкурсов и внеклассных мероприятий. При несчастном случае информирует администрацию и оказывает первую помощь. Работа с родителями. Поддерживает связь с родителями (законными представителями),
