The posting

слежение за движением воздушных судов с помощью технических систем;поддержание связи с экипажами воздушных судов;постановка команд (в том числе, на английском языке) по направлению движения, курсу ВС, его высоте, скорости и другим параметрам движения;получение докладов от экипажей о готовности к тем или иным действиям, а также о внештатных ситуациях на борту;принятие оперативных решений при аварийных ситуациях по расчистке воздушного эшелона, освобождении взлетной полосы и т.д.;доклад непосредственному руководству об оперативной ситуации в зоне ответственности;получение и передача информации от иных служб, обеспечивающих безопасность полетов метеослужбы, технических служб аэродромов, соседних диспетчерских центров по управлению воздушным движением.

На должность диспетчера УВД назначается обладатель свидетельства диспетчера УВД, имеющий: а) гражданство Российской Федерации; б) возраст не моложе 18 лет; в) среднее профессиональное образование по специальности Управление движением воздушного транспорта и (или) высшее образование по направлениям подготовки Аэронавигация и (или) специальности Эксплуатация воздушных судов и организация воздушного движения, позволяющее выполнять функции специалиста по диспетчерскому обслуживанию воздушного движения, либо среднее профессиональное и (или) высшее образование и дополнительное профессиональное образование по программам профессиональной переподготовки в области Транспорт по виду профессиональной деятельности в сфере организации использования воздушного пространства для специалистов авиационного персонала (программа профессиональной переподготовки для приобретения новой квалификации Диспетчер УВД ), либо среднее профессиональное или высшее образование, позволяющее выполнять функции сотрудника по диспетчерскому обслуживанию воздушного движения и полученное до вступления в силу приказов Минобрнауки России от 29.10.2013 № 1199 Об утверждении перечней профессий и специальностей среднего профессионального образования и от 12.09.2013 № 1061 Об утверждении перечней специальностей и направлений подготовки высшего образования; г) действующее медицинское заключение о признании годным к работе диспетчером УВД.
