Ведение первичной документации: прием, проверка и обработка первичных документов, таких как счета-фактуры, накладные, акты выполненных работ, банковские выписки. Бухгалтерский учет: формирование и ведение бухгалтерских регистров, таких как журналы-ордера, главная книга, оборотные ведомости, а также составление бухгалтерской отчетности (баланс, отчет о финансовых результатах и т.д.). Налоговый учет: расчет и уплата налогов и сборов, составление и сдача налоговых деклараций и расчетов. Учет расчетов с контрагентами: контроль дебиторской и кредиторской задолженности, проведение сверок расчетов, оформление актов сверки. Кадровый учет и расчет заработной платы: начисление заработной платы, отпускных, больничных, расчет и уплата страховых взносов. Учет основных средств: начисление амортизации, проведение инвентаризации основных средств. Работа с кассой: прием и выдача наличных денежных средств, ведение кассовой книги, соблюдение кассовой дисциплины. Подготовка отчетности: составление и сдача бухгалтерской и налоговой отчетности в соответствующие органы. Взаимодействие с государственными органами: предоставление информации и документов по запросу налоговых органов, внебюджетных фондов и других контролирующих органов. Участие в инвентаризации: проведение инвентаризации активов и обязательств, сверка данных инвентаризации с данными бухгалтерского учета. Анализ финансово-хозяйственной деятельности: оценка финансовых результатов, выявление резервов для улучшения финансового состояния. Разработка и внедрение учетной политики: участие в разработке учетной политики организации, выбор форм учета, бухгалтерских программ и сервисов. Конкретные обязанности зависят от направления финансово-эконмической деятельности.
