Vores forventninger til dig

I 7-Eleven er kunden vores øverste chef og har altid første prioritet. Som souschef er du butikschefens højre hånd og din primære opgave er at løfte salget, skabe en god stemning for kunderne og sikre en altid flot og indbydende butik.

Du skal trives med uforudsete udfordringer og brænde for at løbe en ekstra mil når der er behov for det, altså være den der har førertrøjen på således det bliver sjovt at være både kunde og medarbejder i butikken – vi vil have det morsomt og lønsomt.

Som person er det vigtigt at du kan arbejde struktureret og selvstændigt, da du i dette job vil arbejde alene det meste af tiden. Vi ser meget gerne, at du har nogle års erfaring fra detail eller en tilsvarende stilling, men det er ikke et krav.

Ansvarlig for butikkens drift Du har i tæt samarbejde med butikschefen, ansvaret for butikken og den daglige drift, herunder:

· Opnå de daglige og månedlige salgstal og budgetter

· Bestilling af varer

· Varemodtagelse og opfyldning af varer

· Orden og struktur på lager og kontor

· Tilberedning af mad

· Overholdelse af butikkens Egenkontrolprogram

· Rengøringsrutiner i butikken sættes i system

· Eksekvering af kampagner jf. de givne deadlines

· Daglig opfølgning og overholdelse af afskrivningsbudget

· Deltage aktivt i status med fokus på optimering af svindresultater

· Bidrage til overholdelse af interne retningslinjer

· Der forventes aktiv deltagelse i og omkring butikkens events

· Diverse ad hoc i en dynamisk hverdag

Løn og ansættelsesforhold

Vi tilbyder muligheden for at blive en del af et godt team af gode og glade kollegaer, ansvar og mulighed for at deltage i lederudviklingsaktiviteter.

Stillingen er på 30 timer om ugen med mulighed for flere timer. Vi holder døgnåbent 365 dage om året, og juleaften og nytårsaften går således på skift.

Løn og ansættelsesforhold reguleres af butiksoverenskomsten samt særbestemmelser efter aftale med HK Handel.
