Обучение и планирование. Разрабатывает рабочую программу, планирует уроки, проводит занятия, оценивает знания учеников (в том числе с помощью тестов и ИКТ), анализирует эффективность методов. Воспитательная работа. Формирует музыкальную культуру, развивает вкус и творческие способности, поддерживает дисциплину, использует интерактивные формы воспитания. Организация внеурочной деятельности. Помогает ученикам участвовать в творческих конкурсах, музыкальных вечерах, предметных неделях, защищает проекты. Обеспечение безопасности. Отвечает за жизнь и здоровье детей во время уроков, внеклассных мероприятий и поездок. Работа с документацией. Ведёт классный журнал, дневники, другую учебную документацию, сдаёт отчёты администрации. Взаимодействие. Поддерживает связь с родителями (посещает собрания, консультирует), участвует в методических объединениях, педагогических советах.

Образование. Высшее или среднее профессиональное (по направлению Образование и педагогика либо в области, соответствующей преподаваемому предмету) либо любое высшее/среднее профессиональное + дополнительная профессиональная подготовка по направлению деятельности в образовательном учреждении. Знания. Основы педагогики, психологии, возрастной физиологии, школьной гигиены; методика преподавания музыки; программы и учебники по предмету; нормативные документы по обучению и воспитанию детей. Умения. Планировать учебную деятельность по основной общеобразовательной программе и разрабатывать на её основе рабочие программы; организовывать самостоятельную, в том числе исследовательскую и проектную, деятельность учеников; применять современные образовательные технологии (включая информационные и цифровые ресурсы); объективно оценивать знания; использовать специальные подходы для включения в обучение всех учеников, включая детей с особыми потребностями. Безопасность. Знать и соблюдать правила охраны труда, пожарной и электробезопасности, санитарно-гигиенические нормы; пройти обучение и иметь навыки оказания первой помощи; знать порядок действий при пожаре и иной чрезвычайной ситуации и эвакуации. Запреты. Не использовать образовательную деятельность для политической агитации, принуждения к принятию каких-либо убеждений, разжигания розни и т.п.
