1. Выполнять работу по приготовлению блюд и кулинарных изделий. 2. Участвовать в составлении меню на каждый день. 3. Осуществлять закладку продуктов в последовательности, учитывающей продолжительность их варки. 4. Принимать доброкачественные продукты из кладовой, обеспечивать их гигиеническую и термическую обработку, культурную подачу пищи детям, в соответствии с нормой закладываемых продуктов на одного ребенка. 5. Обеспечивать: правильное хранение и расходование продуктов по назначению; гигиеническую обработку продуктов и подачу пищи в соответствии с санитарно-гигиеническими требованиями. 6. Отпускать готовую пищу в соответствии с нормой закладываемых продуктов в расчете на одного ребенка. 7. Выполнять вспомогательные работы при изготовлении блюд и кулинарных изделий. 8. Проводить обработку сырых и вареных продуктов при использовании соответствующих маркированных досок и ножей, исключать возможность контакта сырых и готовых продуктов. 9. В обязательном порядке процеживать рыбные и мясные бульоны. 10. Следить за санитарным состоянием кухни, кухонного инвентаря, оборудования и содержать его в чистоте (один раз в месяц проводить генеральную уборку). 11. После каждой технологической операции разделочный инвентарь подвергать санитарной обработке. 12. Не использовать в приготовлении пищи посуду с трещинами, сколами, деформированную, с поврежденной эмалью. 13. Систематически проводить дезинфицирующую обработку ветоши, пользоваться только маркированной ветошью согласно маркировки. 14. Чистую кухонную посуду хранить на стеллажах. 15. В работе использовать только соответственно промаркированный кухонный инвентарь (ножи, разделочные доски, чашки) и т.д. 16. Для каждого помещения пищеблока пользоваться только промаркированным уборочным инвентарем. 17. Содержать в чистоте и регулярно проводить обработку 1% раствором уксуса шкафа для хлеба, доски для резки хлеба, чашки для хлеба. 18. Следить и не нарушать товарного соседства в холодильниках. 19. Соблюдать правила личной гигиены, санитарные требования технологий приготовления пищи. 20. Своевременно проходить обязательные предварительные и периодические медицинские осмотры.

На должность повара детского питания назначается лицо, имеющее среднее профессиональное образование или необходимую профессиональную подготовку и соответствующий опыт работы. Особые условия допуска к работе: - личная медицинская книжка с отметками о прохождении предварительных и периодических медицинских осмотров (обследований) работников, выполняющих любые виды работ в образовательных организациях, указанных в нормативных актах федерального органа исполнительной власти, осуществляющего функции по выработке государственной политики и нормативно-правового регулирования в сфере здравоохранения; - справка Министерства внутренних дел Республики Хакасия об отсутствии сведений о факте уголовного преследования, сведений о судимости (в том числе погашенной и снятой) на территории Российской Федерации.
