Планирование и координация. Участие в составлении плана-графика работ: распределение объёмов, сроков и ресурсов. Координация с подрядчиком, проектировщиком, а при необходимости с другими подразделениями школы. Входной контроль документации. Проверка проектно-сметной документации на полноту, корректность расчётов и соответствие заданию до начала работ. Контроль за подрядчиком. Следить, чтобы подрядчик соблюдал технологию, не отклонялся от утверждённого проекта, укладывался в сроки и бюджет. Проводить оперативные проверки в процессе работы. Контроль качества и материалов. Проверять качество поступающих строительных материалов, изделий, конструкций и оборудования. Контролировать, как подрядчик организует их складирование и хранение. Освидетельствование скрытых работ. Совместно с подрядчиком проводить освидетельствование тех этапов, которые впоследствии будут скрыты другими работами (например, гидроизоляция, армирование стен, прокладка скрытых коммуникаций). Участвовать в промежуточной приёмке ответственных конструкций и участков сетей. Проверка соответствия проекту. Убеждаться, что фактически выполненные работы полностью соответствуют проектной и рабочей документации, техническим регламентам, результатам инженерных изысканий, градостроительным планам. Документирование. Аккуратно оформлять исполнительную документацию: акты освидетельствования, журналы работ, протоколы испытаний. Проверять достоверность записей подрядчика Решение оперативных вопросов. Приёмка выполненных этапов. Участвовать в приёмке законченных видов (этапов) работ. Проверять, устранены ли выявленные ранее дефекты и в какие сроки. Выявление и устранение рисков. Проактивно выявлять факторы, которые могут привести к срыву сроков или ухудшению качества (нехватка ресурсов, погодные условия, ошибки в планировании), и принимать меры для их нейтрализации. Отчётность. Вести учёт выполненных работ, формировать отчёты о ходе реализации проекта, анализировать показатели для дальнейшей оптимизации. Взаимодействие с заинтересованными сторонами. Координировать работу с проектировщиком, подрядчиком.. Претензионная работа. При выявлении нарушений со стороны подрядчика фиксировать замечания, при необходимости инициировать подготовку претензий.
