The posting

1. При получении информации о заболевании, применять объективные методы обследования больного, выявить общие и специфические признаки заболевания. 2. После оценки степени тяжести состояния больного, принимать необходимые меры для выведения больного из этого состояния, определять объем и последовательность реанимационных мероприятий, оказывать необходимую срочную помощь. 3. Определять необходимость специальных методов исследования (лабораторных, рентгенологических и функциональных). 4. Определять показания для госпитализации и организовать ее. 5. Проводить дифференциальную диагностику, обосновать клинический диагноз, план и тактику ведения больного; назначать необходимые лекарственные средства и другие лечебные мероприятия. 6. Уметь правильно оценить электрокардиограмму, фонокардиограмму, спирограмму, данные рентгенологического обследования и дать по ним заключение. 7. Определять степень нарушения гомеостаза и выполнить все мероприятия по его нормализации. 8. Назначить необходимые лекарственные средства и другие лечебные мероприятия, способствовать в организации консультаций больного другими специалистами. 9. Определять вопросы трудоспособности больного: временную или стойкую, направить на экспертизу временной нетрудоспособности. 10. Осуществлять меры по реабилитации больного. 11. Осуществлять раннее выявление и диагностику инфекционных болезней, проводить необходимые противоэпидемические мероприятия, направлять извещение в соответствующую СЭС. 12. Оформлять медицинскую документацию, предусмотренную законодательством по здравоохранению. 13. Осуществлять руководство работой среднего медицинского персонала.
