Развитие музыкальных способностей и эмоциональной сферы, творческой активности воспитанников . Формирование эстетического вкуса с использованием разных видов и форм организации музыкальной деятельности. Составление планов музыкальных занятий, конспектов детских утренников, концертов, руководство их подготовкой и проведением. Участие в разработке основной образовательной программы дошкольного образования. Ведение документации: составление планов проведения индивидуальных, подгрупповых и фронтальных занятий с детьми, плана организации и проведения совместной деятельности (досуги, праздники). Координация работы педагогического персонала и родителей по вопросам музыкального воспитания детей, определение направлений их участия в развитии музыкальных способностей с учётом индивидуальных и возрастных особенностей воспитанников, а также их творческих способностей. Определение содержания музыкальных занятий с учётом возраста, подготовленности, индивидуальных и психофизических особенностей воспитанников, использование современных форм, способов обучения, образовательных, музыкальных технологий, современных методов оценивания достижений воспитанников. Участие в организации и проведении массовых мероприятий с воспитанниками в рамках образовательной программы, обеспечение их музыкального сопровождения. Подготовка атрибутов и пособий к занятиям, участие в работе по изготовлению костюмов, оформление музыкального зала к праздникам. Консультирование родителей и воспитателей по вопросам подготовки воспитанников к участию в массовых, праздничных мероприятиях. Проведение с воспитателями возрастных групп занятий по разучиванию репертуара песен, хороводов, музыкальных движений, музыкальных игр и др.. Участие в педагогических советах и других мероприятиях, предусмотренных в годовом плане работы детского сада. Создание благоприятного эмоционально-психологического климата в коллективе, выполнение этических и педагогических норм. Слежение за порядком, температурным режимом и санитарным состоянием музыкального зала.
