Совершенствование организации и качества лечебно‑диагностической работы МСЧ на основе современных научных и технических достижений в медицине. Оптимизация расстановки и организации труда медицинских кадров; реализация системы непрерывного повышения квалификации врачебного и среднего медицинского персонала. Рациональное использование коечного фонда и диагностической базы: сокращение сроков обследования пациентов, обеспечение максимальной загрузки коечного фонда, лечебно‑диагностических кабинетов и лабораторий в течение всей рабочей недели. Обеспечение преемственности в обследовании и лечении пациентов между амбулаторно‑поликлиническим и стационарным этапами оказания медицинской помощи. Плановый контроль деятельности специализированных отделений, кабинетов и лабораторий с последующим рассмотрением результатов на заседаниях больничного совета. Систематический мониторинг и анализ качественных показателей работы лечебно‑диагностических подразделений стационара. Оценка эффективности лечебно‑профилактических мероприятий, включая анализ расхождений поликлинических диагнозов с больничными, а также больничных с патолого‑анатомическими. Регулярное проведение обходов лечебно‑диагностических подразделений МСЧ. Контроль качества ведения медицинской документации (медицинских карт и иных документов), правильности и своевременности выполнения врачебных назначений и применяемых методов лечения.

Опыт организационной или руководящей работы в здравоохранении не менее 5 лет. Знание принципов организации первичной медико‑санитарной помощи детям. Понимание требований к внутреннему контролю качества и безопасности медицинской деятельности (в т. ч. в рамках ВКК). Уверенная работа с отчётностью, показателями деятельности и нормативно‑правовой базой в сфере здравоохранения. Навыки постановки задач руководителям подразделений, контроля исполнения и принятия управленческих решений. Опыт работы в системе ОМС: базовая и территориальная программы; работа в сегментах АПП, СЗП, КСС.
