Входной контроль: - проверка поступающих материалов (металлопрокат, комплектующие, электрооборудование) на соответствие требованиям чертежей, технических условий и стандартов. - оформление актов несоответствия при выявлении дефектов или отклонений. Операционный контроль: - контроль за соблюдением технологических процессов на всех этапах производства (механическая обработка, сварка, сборка, покраска). - проверка соответствия размеров деталей и узлов чертежам. - контроль качества сварочных швов (визуальный осмотр, ультразвуковой контроль (желательно)). - выявление дефектов на промежуточных стадиях производства. Приемочный контроль (готовой продукции): - проверка комплектности готового оборудования согласно спецификации. - проведение испытаний оборудования на соответствие техническим характеристикам. Документация и отчетность: - ведение журналов учета результатов контроля. - оформление актов несоответствия, протоколов испытаний. - подготовка отчетов о качестве продукции. Взаимодействие: - работа с технологическим отделами по вопросам качества. - взаимодействие с производственными цехами для оперативного решения проблем. *Размер заработной платы определяется по итогам собеседования.

- Среднее специальное или высшее техническое (машиностроение, металлообработка, приборостроение). - Опыт работы контролером ОТК в машиностроении приветствуется. - Чтение чертежей и технической документации. - Знание ЕСКД, ЕСТД. - Знание основных технологических процессов машиностроительного производства (механическая обработка, сварка, сборка). - Умение пользоваться контрольно-измерительными инструментами (штангенциркуль, микрометр, угломер, индикатор, щупы). - Знание основ метрологии и стандартизации. *Размер заработной платы определяется по итогам собеседования.
