ESSE - производитель сантехники из литьевого мрамора ESSE - производственная компания с собственным продуктом и сильной идеей. Мы создаём не просто сантехнику, а формы, которые становятся частью архитектуры интерьера и влияют на восприятие пространства. Сейчас компания активно растёт: увеличиваются объёмы производства, расширяется линейка моделей, внедряются новые стандарты качества и технологии обработки. В связи с этим мы усиливаем команду цеха и ищем доводчика готовых изделий. Это не конвейер на скорость . Для нас важны аккуратность, внимание к деталям и уважение к продукту. Каждое изделие проходит финальную обработку руками мастера - именно на этом этапе формируется качество, за которое нас выбирают клиенты. Мы ищем человека, который готов работать с материалом, осваивать технологию, расти профессионально и быть частью сильной производственной команды. Требуются сотрудники на участок доводки готовых изделий. Это финальный и один из самых ответственных этапов производства - именно здесь формируется внешний вид и качество, за которое нас выбирают клиенты. Обязанности: Полировка изделий из литьевого мрамора; Работа по технологическим стандартам качества; В период обучения (до 1 месяца) - под руководством наставника; После обучения самостоятельная работа по индивидуальному плану выработки. Кого мы хотим видеть в команде: Дисциплинированного и ответственного человека; Аккуратного в работе и внимательного к деталям; Готового соблюдать стандарты и инструкции; Настроенного на постоянную работу и профессиональный рост; Подработка не рассматривается - работа в штате на долгосрочной основе. Будет преимуществом: опыт работы в кузовном цехе (подготовка, полировка); опыт отделочных работ; опыт работы на мебельном производстве; уверенное владение ручным инструментом. Если опыта нет обучим. Важно желание работать и делать качественный продукт. Условия: 5-дневная рабочая неделя; График 09:00 18:00 (обеденный и технологические перерывы); Униформа, душевые, парковка; Льготное питание в столовой; Официальное трудоустройство после испытательного срока; Стабильная выплата заработной платы без задержек; Сдельная премиальная часть после испытательного срока; Совокупный доход при выполнении плана до 100 000 ₽ и выше (зависит от выработки и качества).
