Осуществление деятельности по воспитанию детей, формирование нравственных навыков, культуры поведения, уважения к учебе, труду и собственности. Контроль за соблюдением детьми режима дня группы продленного дня. Организация выполнения домашних заданий, оказывает педагогическую поддержку. Организация общественно полезной, культурно-досуговой, оздоровительной и игровой деятельности. Это включает прогулки на свежем воздухе, подвижные игры, посещение библиотек, проведение викторин, конкурсов и экскурсий. Создание благоприятной микросреды и морально-психологического климата в группе. Изучение личности учащихся, их склонностей и интересов, содействие росту познавательной мотивации. Помощь учащимся (особенно начальных классов) в решении проблем в общении с одноклассниками, учителями и родителями. Содействие получению дополнительного образования через кружки, клубы и секции школы. Выявление образовательных запросов и потребностей, помощь в решении индивидуальных трудностей с освоением программы. Организация питания в закрепленной группе: сопровождение детей в столовую, контроль за приемом пищи, соблюдение санитарно-гигиенических норм. Обеспечение жизни, здоровья и безопасности детей в период их нахождения в ГПД. Воспитатель несет персональную ответственность за каждого ребенка. Знание и умение применять инструкции по технике безопасности, пожарной безопасности, а также действия при чрезвычайных ситуациях и эвакуации.

Высшее или среднее профессиональное педагогическое образование. Наличие действующей личной медицинской книжки с результатами обследований, сведениями о прививках и допуском к работе с детьми. Кандидат должен быть совершеннолетним и не иметь законодательных ограничений на занятие педагогической деятельностью. Знание Федерального государственного образовательного стандарта (ФГОС) начального общего образования, Конвенции о правах ребенка, законов Об образовании в РФ, Устава школы и правил внутреннего трудового распорядка. Понимание психофизиологических особенностей детей младшего школьного возраста (7 10 лет). Владение методиками организации самоподготовки (помощи в выполнении домашних заданий), игровой деятельности, коллективного творчества и детского отдыха. Умение находить общий язык с детьми, поддерживать дисциплину без крика и давления, а также грамотно взаимодействовать с родителями и коллегами-учителями. Способность сохранять спокойствие в многозадачной среде, быстро разрешать конфликты между детьми и справляться с высокой эмоциональной нагрузкой. Любовь к детям, терпение, доброжелательность и тактичность. Высокий уровень ответственности, дисциплинированность и организованность.
