Руководство работой по хозяйственному обслуживанию организации или её подразделений . Обеспечение сохранности офисной техники и хозяйственного инвентаря, его профилактика, восстановление и ремонт. Контроль чистоты в помещениях и на прилегающей территории. Обеспечение бесперебойности связи (мобильных телефонов, выделенных интернет-каналов, городских линий). Контроль состояния помещений и принятие мер по их своевременному обслуживанию и ремонту. Мониторинг наличия необходимого количества хозяйственных товаров для полноценного функционирования организации и её структурных подразделений. Взаимодействие с другими подразделениями организации, сбор заявок на закупку и техническое обслуживание. Представление организации при заключении хозяйственных договоров с контрагентами. Руководство работой персонала, занятого в сфере хозяйственного обеспечения организации. Отслеживание корректности бухгалтерской документации в сфере хозяйственного обслуживания организации. Соблюдение принципов документооборота в своей сфере ответственности, составление отчётности установленной формы. Участие в мероприятиях по инвентаризации в своей зоне ответственности. Контроль соблюдения правил пожарной и технической безопасности в своей сфере ответственности.

Квалификационные требования: среднее профессиональное образование и стаж работы по хозяйственному обслуживанию не менее 1 года или начальное профессиональное образование и стаж работы по хозяйственному обслуживанию не менее 3 лет. Знания: постановления, распоряжения, приказы, другие руководящие и нормативные документы вышестоящих органов, касающиеся хозяйственного обслуживания предприятия, учреждения, организации. Также заведующий хозяйством должен знать средства механизации труда обслуживающего персонала, правила эксплуатации помещений, основы организации труда, основы трудового законодательства, правила внутреннего трудового распорядка и правила и нормы охраны труда. Владение компьютером: заведующий хозяйством должен владеть компьютером на уровне уверенного пользователя, в том числе уметь пользоваться компьютерными программами учёта материальных ценностей. Личные качества: заведующий хозяйством должен обладать организаторскими способностями, коммуникабельностью, быть энергичным и позитивно настроенным.
