Har du erfaring med bogføring, løn og afstemninger? Og får du også lyst til at spørge "Kan vi gøre det her smartere?", når du møder en manuel arbejdsgang.

Hos Nørth Medical søger vi en bogholder, der både holder styr på tallene og er nysgerrig på, hvad de fortæller. En der synes, det er spændende at få systemer til at arbejde bedre sammen, gøre hverdagen lettere og finde muligheder for at forbedre vores forretning.

Vi er en kæde af kosmetiske klinikker med tilhørende webshop. Du bliver vores faste holdepunkt i økonomien og sikrer, at regnskabet er ajour hver måned, så vi altid har fingeren på pulsen.

Styr på hverdagen – og plads til dine idéer

Du kommer til at varetage de almindelige bogholderopgaver, herunder:

  • Løbende bogføring og månedlig afslutning.
  • Lønbehandling og afstemning af løn, feriepenge og pension.
  • Afstemning af bank, klinikkernes kasser og betalinger fra webshoppen.
  • Håndtering af fakturaer, betalinger og opfølgning på udeståender.
  • Klargøring og indberetning af moms samt samarbejde med ekstern revisor.

Samtidig får du mulighed for at sætte dit præg på, hvordan vi arbejder. Vi vil gerne have dig med til at automatisere gentagne opgaver, forbedre arbejdsgange og skabe et økonomisk overblik - gerne visuelt.

Det kan eksempelvis være at undersøge, hvor vi bruger unødig tid på manuelle registreringer, følge udviklingen i omsætning og omkostninger på tværs af klinikkerne eller opdage mønstre, som vi bør handle på.

Hvem er du?

Du har erfaring med bogholderi og løn, arbejder struktureret og tager ansvar for, at opgaverne bliver fulgt til dørs. Du reagerer når noget ikke stemmer, og er god til at gøre tal forståelige for andre.

Du synes også at analyser, statistik og digitale løsninger er spændende. Måske har du allerede automatiseret dele af bogholderiet i en tidligere stilling. Måske har du idéerne og lysten til at lære mere. Du behøver ikke være programmør – vi lægger vægt på din nysgerrighed og din evne til at finde praktiske løsninger.
