Планирование и анализ. Составление перспективного плана работы на год, тематическое планирование, предоставление анализа работы за год. Разработка программ. Формирование и реализация планов развивающей работы с учётом индивидуально-психологических особенностей детей; разработка программ развития универсальных учебных действий, воспитания и социализации, коррекционных программ; разработка психологических рекомендаций по формированию и реализации индивидуальных учебных планов для одарённых учащихся; разработка совместно с педагогами индивидуальных учебных планов обучающихся с учётом их психологических особенностей; мониторинг личностной и метапредметной составляющей результатов освоения основной общеобразовательной программы в соответствии с ФГОС. Психологическая экспертиза. Оценка комфортности и безопасности образовательной среды, анализ эффективности используемых методов и средств образовательной деятельности, экспертиза программ развития школы. Психологическая диагностика Проведение психологической диагностики с использованием современных образовательных технологий, включая информационные ресурсы. Изучение интеллектуальных, личностных, эмоционально-волевых особенностей, интересов и склонностей учащихся. Проведение психологического обследования при переходе учащихся на новый этап обучения (из ДОУ в начальную школу, из начальной в среднюю) с составлением программы индивидуальной работы. Анализ достижения школьниками уровней развития и образования. Составление психолого-педагогических заключений по материалам исследовательских работ для ориентации педагогического коллектива и родителей в проблемах личностного и социального развития учащихся. Коррекционно-развивающая работа Разработка и реализация планов коррекционно-развивающих занятий для школьников, направленных на развитие интеллектуальной, эмоционально-волевой сферы, познавательных процессов, снятие тревожности, решение проблем в сфере общения. Организация и совместная с педагогами, учителями-дефектологами, учителями-логопедами, социальными педагогами психолого-педагогической коррекции выявленных недостатков в психическом развитии учащихся, нарушений социализации и адаптации. Проектирование индивидуальных образовательных маршрутов для учащихся.
