3. Должностные обязанности 3.1. Учитель обязан: выполнять свою профессиональную деятельность в соответствии с требованиями ФГОС основного общего и среднего образования; разрабатывать и реализовывать программы по учебной дисциплине в рамках основных общеобразовательных программ; планировать и проводить учебные занятия; проводить анализ эффективности уроков и подходов к обучению; контролировать и оценивать учебные достижения, текущие и итоговые результаты освоения образовательной программы обучающимися; объективно оценивать знания и умения учащихся; проводить контрольно‑оценочную работу при обучении с применением электронного журнала и дневников; регулировать поведение учащихся на уроках, поддерживать посещаемость занятий; использовать на уроках и во внеурочной деятельности современные, в том числе интерактивные, формы и методы воспитательной работы; помогать в реализации учебной, исследовательской, проектной, творческой деятельности обучающихся; развивать у учащихся познавательную активность, самостоятельность, инициативность и творческие способности; разрабатывать и реализовывать учебные планы по своему предмету в рамках индивидуальных программ развития ребенка; организовывать олимпиады, конференции, предметные конкурсы и игры в школе, а также тематические вечера; подготавливать учащихся к участию в олимпиадах по предмету, конкурсах, исследовательских проектах и ученических конференциях; консультировать обучающихся по выбору профессий и специальностей, где необходимы знания преподаваемого предмета; формировать представления обучающихся о полезности знаний по предмету вне зависимости от выбранной профессии или специальности. 4. Права 4.1. Учитель вправе: требовать материально‑технических условий, необходимых для выполнения образовательной программы по учебной дисциплине и ФГОС; выбирать и использовать образовательные программы, различные эффективные методики обучения своему предмету, учебные пособия и учебники по учебной дисциплине, методы оценки знаний и умений школьников, рекомендуемые Минпросвещения РФ или разработанные самим педагогом и прошедшие необходимую экспертизу; участвовать в разработке программы развития школы, получать от администрации и классных руководителей сведения, необходимые для профессиональной деятельности; давать обучающимся во время уроков, а также перемен задания, которые относятся к организации занятий и соблюдению дисциплины, привлекать учеников к дисциплинарной ответственности; получать дополнительное профессиональное образование по программам повышения квалификации, в том числе в форме стажировки в организациях, деятельность которых связана с разработкой и реализацией программ общего образования; получать поощрения и награждения по результатам педагогической деятельности;
