The posting

Формирует документы и дела по Учреждению в соответствии с утвержденной номенклатурой дел, следит за их правильным оформлением, ведением и хранением. Принимает и регистрирует всю корреспонденцию, поступающую в Учреждение (в том числе по электронной почте), в тот же день доводит ее до сведения заведующего. В соответствии с резолюциями заведующей Учреждения передает документы на исполнение. Ведет текущую документацию и оформляет ее в архив в соответствии со сроками хранения дел. Обеспечивает надлежащее хранение и сохранность всей проходящей служебной документации Учреждения. Печатает приказы по основной деятельности. Знакомит работников Учреждения с приказами по основной деятельности под роспись в день издания приказа. Оформляет исходящую документацию в рамках своей профессиональной компетентности: служебные письма, отчеты, справки. Отправляет исходящую корреспонденцию адресатам. Контролирует обратную связь исходящей корреспонденции. Ведет оформление и учет поступающих телефонограмм. Телефонограммы оформляет по установленным правилам в специальном журнале. Всю поступающую информацию немедленно доводит до сведения заведующего. В соответствии с резолюциями заведующего передает информацию на исполнение под роспись. В установленные сроки сдает необходимую документацию в управление муниципальными учреждениями, централизованную бухгалтерию, пенсионный фонд и другие организации. Оформляет материалы (документы) личного дела воспитанников при приеме их в ДОУ. Оформляет материалы (документы) для компенсационной выплаты родителям (лицам их замещающих), передает их в централизованную бухгалтерию Согласно распоряжениям заведующей печатает и оформляет необходимую документацию для ведения образовательного процесса в Учреждении, выполнения годового плана. Является секретарем административного совещания при заведующей Учреждения. Выполняет правила по охране труда и пожарной безопасности. Строго выполняет инструкцию по эксплуатации электрооборудования, соблюдает правила техники безопасности в работе с электроприборами; бережно относится к нему и отвечает за его сохранность, своевременно сообщает о неполадках, поломках
