Обеспечивает хозяйственное обслуживание ГБДОУ и создает необходимые условия для нормального функционирования структурных подразделений; Направляет и координирует деятельность подчиненного ему персонала ДОУ; Контролирует соблюдение работниками ДОУ требований законодательных и нормативных актов по охране труда и пожарной безопасности; Проводит инструктаж на рабочем месте технического и обслуживающего персонала; Проводит мероприятия в рамках обеспечения пожарной безопасности, гражданской обороны и защиты от чрезвычайных ситуаций; Представляет интересы ДОУ в надзорных и контролирующих органах по вопросам гражданской обороны и защите от чрезвычайных ситуаций; Определяет потребности организации в формировании рабочего пространства с учетом сферы деятельности организации, численности персонала и структуры организации; Контролирует реализацию планировочных решений, зонирование, комплектацию мебелью, офисным и бытовым оборудованием рабочего пространства; Разрабатывает планы реализации проведения ремонтных работ, перепланировок, переоснащения мебелью и оборудованием, внутренних перемещений и внешних переездов; Проводит регулярный анализ эффективности использования помещений; Устанавливает цели и задачи работникам подразделений в рамках организации процесса устройства рабочего пространства; Контролирует выполнение поставленных задач работниками подразделений в рамках организации процесса устройства рабочего пространства; Организует ежегодные измерения сопротивления изоляции электроустановок и электропроводки, заземляющих устройств, испытаний и освидетельствования водонагревающих и паровых котлов, сосудов, работающих под давлением, анализ воздушной среды на содержание пыли, газов, паров вредных веществ, замер освещенности, шума в помещениях ДОУ в соответствии с правилами и нормами по обеспечению безопасности жизнедеятельности. Ведет необходимую отчетно-учетную документацию, своевременно представляет ее в бухгалтерию и заведующему ДОУ.

Высшее профессиональное образование и дополнительная профессиональная подготовка в области государственного и муниципального управления, менеджмента и экономики, стаж работы на руководящих должностях (на должностях по профилю деятельности в образовательном учреждении) не менее 5 лет. -Знание: Конституции РФ; Конвенции о правах ребенка; СанПиН; постановлений, распоряжений и других руководящих и нормативных документов вышестоящих органов, которые касаются хозяйственного обслуживания ДОУ. Особые условия допуска к работе: К работе в ОУ не допускаются лица: имеющие или имевшие судимость за преступления, состав и виды которых установлены законодательством РФ; признанные недееспособными в установленном федеральным законном порядке; имеющие заболевания, предусмотренные установленным перечнем.
