соблюдение процессуальных сроков, предусмотренные ст. 100, 101, 101.4 НК РФ; в полном объёме и своевременно обеспечивать применение мер налоговой ответственности по ст. 119,119.1, 122, 123, 126, 126.1, 129.1 НК РФ; проведение ежедневного самоконтроля за соблюдением п. 7 ст. 101 НК РФ и п. 8 ст. 101.4 НК РФ; проведение ежедневного самоконтроля за соблюдением ст. 76 НК РФ; проведение ежедневного самоконтроля согласно утверждённым картам внутреннего контроля в целом по инспекции и по отделу в пределах своей компетенции; осуществление истребования документов (информации) о налогоплательщике, плательщике сборов и налоговом агенте или информации о конкретных сделках в соответствии с изменениями по исполнению Порядка подготовки поручений в налоговые органы, установленном письмом УФНС России по Санкт-Петербургу от 24.02.2016 № 07-10-02/06528@, в рамках ст. 93.1 НК РФ; при установлении факта, свидетельствующего о нарушении налогоплательщиком законодательства о налогах и сборах, в сроки, установленные ст. 101.4 НК РФ: формирование Проекта Акта (решения о привлечении (об отказе в привлечении) к ответственности) о нарушении законодательства о налогах и сборах в рамках ст. 101.4 НК РФ; регистрация Акта о нарушении законодательства о налогах и сборах в рамках ст. 101.4 НК РФ в ПК «АИС Налог-3», при этом дата составления Акта должна совпадать с датой его регистрации; направление запросов в банки о предоставлении выписок по операциям на счетах в электронном виде для дальнейшего анализа и выявления выплат в пользу физических лиц, суммы которых не отражены в расчете по страховым взносам; осуществление контроля полноты представления расчетов по страховым взносам страхователями - юридическими лицами и индивидуальными предпринимателями, которые обязаны предоставлять данные расчеты в сроки установленные законодательством; в случае выявления нарушений законодательства о налогах и сборах в ходе проведения камеральной налоговой проверки расчетов по страховым взносам составлять акты с отражением соответствующих доначислений страховых взносов; осуществление проведения камерального анализа налоговых деклараций и иных документов, служащих основанием для исчисления и уплаты налогов и сборов; принимать участие в производстве по делам об административных правонарушениях (составление протоколов об административных правонарушениях); осуществление взаимодействия с правоохранительными органами и иными контролирующими органами по предмету деятельности отдела; осуществление работы с органами, уполномоченными лицами, обязанными в соответствии с законодательством о налогах и сборах представлять в налоговые органы информацию, необходимую для налогового контроля;
