- Возглавляет работу отдела по обеспечению деятельности учреждения в системе ОМС; -Планирует, организует и контролирует деятельность сотрудников, распределяет функциональные обязанности сотрудников отдела; -Осуществляет контроль за своевременным и качественным ведением учетно-отчетной документации, медицинских карт, реестров; -Организует мероприятия по повышению квалификации сотрудников, проводит обучение медицинских работников правилам кодирования медико-статистической информации и работе в системе ОМС; -Организует разработку локальных нормативных актов, регламентов, инструкций по вопросам ОМС, медицинской статистики и кодирования всей медицинской организации; -Обеспечивает своевременную подготовку и сдачу реестров счетов за оказанную медицинскую помощь в соответствии с регламентами информационного взаимодействия; -Организует учет застрахованных лиц, персонифицированный учет объемов медицинской помощи; -Взаимодействует со страховыми медицинскими организациями и ТФОМС по вопросам санкций, отказов в оплате, результатов медико-экономической экспертизы и экспертизы качества медицинской помощи; -Участвует в подготовке и сопровождении проверок ФФОМС, ТФОМС, СМО, Росздравнадзора; -Планирует и распределяет объемы медицинской помощи в рамках ПГГ; -Проводит анализ показателей деятельности медицинской организации в разрезе ОМС (выполнение объемов, структура госпитализаций, летальность, расхождение диагнозов); -Осуществляет внутренний контроль качества медицинской помощи (совместно с заместителем по КЭР): выборочный контроль амбулаторных карт и историй болезни, экспертиза качества; -Проводит мониторинг дефектов оформления первичной документации, выявленных страховыми компаниями, разрабатывает меры по их устранению; -Готовит аналитические справки, отчеты, информационные материалы для руководства по итогам работы в системе ОМС; -Организует сбор, кодирование (МКБ-10/МКБ-11), статистическую обработку данных о деятельности подразделений; -Обеспечивает достоверность и полноту статистической информации, предоставляемой в уполномоченные органы; -Участвует в формировании тарифного соглашения, расчете стоимости медицинских услуг, определении клинико-статистических групп (КСГ); -Разрабатывает локальные нормативные акты, методические рекомендации, инструкции по профилю деятельности отдела; -Организует совещания, конференции по вопросам ОМС и статистики. -Соблюдает врачебную тайну, требования по защите персональных данных; - Оказывает медицинскую помощь в экстренной форме при состояниях, угрожающих жизни.
