1.Управлять работой отделения в рамках установленных правил для обеспечения должного уровня качества и эффективности работы отделения 2.Проводить экспертизу качества оказания медицинских услуг пациентам отделения в рамках внутренних правил с целью контроля стандартов оказания медицинской помощи. 3.Организовывать процесс разбора жалоб, претензий и обращений в рамках внутренних правил компании для рационального решения возникшей проблемы. 4. Обеспечить безопасные условия труда на каждом рабочем месте вверенного ему подразделения в соответствии с нормами и правилами охраны труда; 5. Разработать и согласовать в установленном порядке инструкции по охране труда для работников вверенного ему структурного подразделения; 6. Проводить инструктаж по охране труда на рабочем месте в порядке, предусмотренном разделом 7 Государственного стандарта "Организация обучения безопасности труда" ССБТ ГОСТ 12.0.004 90; 7. Контролировать соблюдение подчиненными работниками правил и инструкций по охране труда и производственной санитарии, выполнение правил внутреннего трудового распорядка; 8.Организовать безопасное хранение, транспортировку и использование радиоактивных, ядовитых, взрывоопасных, огнеопасных веществ и материалов; 9.Знать порядок расследования несчастных случаев на производстве, профессиональных заболеваний, обеспечивать своевременное оказание первой медицинской помощи работникам, пострадавшим при несчастных случаях; 10.Не допускать выполнение работ на неисправном оборудовании и не допускать к работе лиц, не прошедших соответствующего обучения и инструктажа по охране труда; 11 Отстранять от работы лиц, нарушающих правила, нормы, инструкции по охране труда и производственной санитарии; 12.Останавливать работу не исправного оборудования (приборов, аппаратов), которые угрожают жизни и здоровью работников, с извещением об этом руководителя учреждения. 13.Обеспечить обучение по охране труда и проверка знаний и требований охраны труда 14.Обеспечить ежегодную проверку знаний требований безопасности труда работников выполнявших работы повышенной опасности

Высшее профессиональное образование по специальности "Лечебное дело", "Педиатрия", ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬНОЕ послевузовское образование (интернатура, ординатура) переподготовка по специальности "Организация здравоохранения и общественное здоровье", действующая аккредитация по специальности "ОЗО ", стаж не менее 5 лет
