- Организация воспитательной работы в школе в соответствии с рабочей программой воспитания и ФГОС; участие в её разработке и анализе результатов. - Подготовка и проведение школьных мероприятий: праздников, конкурсов, акций, спортивных, патриотических, творческих и досуговых мероприятий. - Разработка и реализация программ внеурочной деятельности по направлениям развития личности. - Вовлечение обучающихся в проектную, творческую, общественно полезную деятельность; поддержка ученического самоуправления. - Методическая помощь классным руководителям и педагогам в организации воспитательной и досуговой работы. - Работа с родителями: консультирование по вопросам воспитания, досуга и каникулярного отдыха детей, привлечение семей к школьным мероприятиям. - Взаимодействие с учреждениями культуры и спорта, общественными организациями, волонтёрами. - Подготовка информационно-методических материалов, сценариев, анкет; анализ результатов воспитательной работы. - Обеспечение безопасности обучающихся во время проводимых мероприятий. - Работа в цифровой образовательной среде, ведение отчётной документации.

- Высшее или среднее профессиональное педагогическое образование либо иное высшее/СПО с профессиональной переподготовкой по направлению Образование и педагогика (допускается получение после трудоустройства). - Отсутствие ограничений для занятия педагогической деятельностью (справка об отсутствии судимости), прохождение медицинского осмотра. - Знание основ возрастной педагогики и психологии, требований ФГОС к воспитательной работе и внеурочной деятельности. - Умение придумать, подготовить и провести мероприятие от сценария до итогового отчёта. - Навыки работы с детским коллективом разного возраста, умение увлечь и организовать детей. - Уверенное владение компьютером: текстовые редакторы, презентации, работа с соцсетями и мессенджерами для освещения мероприятий. - Готовность работать с родителями и взаимодействовать с внешними организациями. Будет преимуществом: - опыт проведения массовых мероприятий, работы вожатым, в детском лагере, волонтёрском или молодёжном движении; - опыт работы с Движением первых, Юнармией, школьным самоуправлением; - творческие навыки: ведение, музыка, хореография, театр, фото- и видеосъёмка, монтаж; - наличие портфолио проведённых мероприятий. Личные качества: инициативность, коммуникабельность, ответственность, организованность, умение работать в команде.
