В ФКУЗ МСЧ-91 ФСИН России, требуется начальник филиала-врач филиала "Медицинская часть № 3" Организовывать и контролировать оказание медицинской помощи спецконтингенту (осуждённым, подозреваемым, обвиняемым) в соответствии с порядками и стандартами оказания медицинской помощи, утверждёнными Минздравом России, а также ведомственными нормативными актами ФСИН России. Руководить коллективом медицинских работников: распределять обязанности, утверждать должностные инструкции, организовывать повышение квалификации, контролировать соблюдение трудовой и исполнительской дисциплины. Проводить внутренний контроль качества и безопасности медицинской деятельности, анализировать показатели работы медицинской части, разрабатывать меры по устранению выявленных недостатков. Контролировать ведение медицинской и отчётной документации, соблюдение требований к учёту и хранению лекарственных средств (в том числе наркотических и психотропных), бланков строгой отчётности, соблюдение врачебной тайны. Служба в уголовно-исполнительной системе с присвоением специального звания (в соответствии с квалификацией и стажем). Стабильная заработная плата, включающая оклад по должности и званию, надбавки за выслугу лет, особые условия службы, работу с вредными и (или) опасными условиями труда и иные установленные выплаты. Ежегодный оплачиваемый отпуск, дополнительные отпуска за выслугу лет и за работу во вредных условиях. Социальный пакет: медицинское обслуживание, санаторно-курортное лечение, страхование жизни и здоровья, льготы для сотрудников и членов их семей в соответствии с законодательством РФ. Возможность профессионального и карьерного роста, участие в ведомственных программах повышения квалификации.

Гражданство Российской Федерации. Отсутствие судимости, ограничений к прохождению службы в УИС. Высшее медицинское образование (специалитет по специальностям Лечебное дело, Педиатрия и др.). Наличие действующего сертификата специалиста или пройденной аккредитации по основной врачебной специальности; желательно наличие сертификата по специальности Организация здравоохранения и общественное здоровье . Готовность к прохождению обязательных процедур при приёме на службу в ФСИН (медицинское освидетельствование, психологическое тестирование, проверка уровня физической подготовки и др.). Личные качества: ответственность, стрессоустойчивость, умение принимать решения в сложных ситуациях, организаторские способности.
