We are looking for a Data Analyst with 4-6+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, and data visualization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights, developing reports and dashboards, identifying trends, and supporting business decision-making through data-driven analysis.

Requirements

  • 4-6+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Reporting, or Business Intelligence.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Strong experience in data analysis, data interpretation, and statistical reporting.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL and database querying.
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Experience developing dashboards, reports, and business intelligence solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of data modeling, data management, and data quality processes.
  • Experience using statistical analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS, SAS, or similar.
  • Ability to identify trends, patterns, and insights from large and complex datasets.
  • Experience with predictive analytics and machine learning concepts is a plus.
  • Strong skills in data cleansing, validation, and quality assurance.
  • Experience gathering data from multiple sources and integrating datasets.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with business intelligence frameworks and reporting methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other enterprise BI platforms.
  • Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.
  • Knowledge of predictive modeling and advanced analytics.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Professional certifications in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related fields are a plus.
