We are looking for a Power BI Developer with 4-6+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and dashboard development. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power BI, SQL, Azure data services, and data visualization, with the ability to transform complex business requirements into actionable insights and interactive reporting solutions.

  • 4-6+ years of experience in Power BI Development, Business Intelligence, or Data Analytics.
  • Strong expertise in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.
  • Advanced experience in dashboard development, data visualization, report design, DAX, and Power Query.
  • Experience building dynamic, interactive, and real-time reporting solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, including complex queries, performance tuning, and data optimization.
  • Experience with Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Synapse Analytics.
  • Familiarity with Azure Databricks, Azure Machine Learning, and other Azure analytics services.
  • Experience designing user-friendly dashboards and implementing BI best practices.
  • Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into analytical and reporting solutions.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
  • Experience integrating data from multiple sources and ensuring data quality and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Power BI Certification.
  • Experience with enterprise-scale reporting and analytics solutions.
  • Experience with Power Platform technologies.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Knowledge of advanced analytics and predictive reporting is a plus.
