99Bright Minds is a technology-driven company focused on delivering innovative digital solutions, intelligent automation, and AI-powered products. We are looking for a talented Senior AI Developer to join our growing team and help build next-generation artificial intelligence solutions for enterprise clients.

Requirements

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development and software engineering.
  • Strong expertise in Python and AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs (GPT, Llama, Claude), Prompt Engineering, and AI-powered applications.
  • Experience building AI assistants, chatbots, copilots, and intelligent automation solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of RAG architectures, embeddings, and Vector Databases (FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate).
  • Experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or Semantic Kernel.
  • Solid understanding of NLP, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning concepts.
  • Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, and cloud platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, AWS, or Google Cloud AI services.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD, MLOps, and production AI deployments.
  • Experience monitoring, optimizing, and maintaining AI model performance in production environments.
  • Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI, security, and privacy best practices.
  • Experience building AI Agents and Multi-Agent Systems is a strong advantage.
  • AI certifications are a plus (Azure AI Engineer Associate, AWS Machine Learning Specialty, etc.).
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills and English level B2+ or higher.
