The posting

Een dag uit het leven van een van onze voormannen:

Samen met jouw team van max. 5 saneringsarbeiders starten jullie om 6u15 te Schelle met het laden van de camionette waarin je er op toeziet dat alle nodige materialen aanwezig zijn om de dagtaak correct uit te kunnen voeren. Om 6u30 vertrekken jullie dan richting klant. Daar aangekomen stel je de klant op zijn gemak en zorg je er voor dat iedereen aan de slag kan en stroop je zelf ook de mouwen op voor de saneringswerken bij de klant thuis en dit volgens de vooropgestelde procedures en kwaliteitseisen.

Aangezien je de kwaliteitsnormen en de procedures kent, doe je regelmatig controles hierop en stuur je bij waar nodig.

Op het einde van de dag geef je kort verslag uit aan de verantwoordelijke en werk je jouw administratie nog even bij.

Maar elke dag is anders bij BELFOR, de ene dag dient er misschien een hele keuken uitgebroken te worden wegens een zware brand, de andere dag hangt misschien het hele huis onder het roet en dient alles tot in de puntjes gereinigd te worden of zit je misschien in de kelder omdat er een waterleiding is gesprongen.
