The posting

Maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade plant mechanical and facility equipment with production and maintenance teams.

Perform routine checks, testing, preventive maintenance, and rectification of plant equipment such as chillers, compressors, AHUs, and boilers.

Support production teams in continuous improvement projects to improve line efficiency and equipment performance.

Carry out metal fabrication and operate mechanical tools such as welding machines and drill presses.

Ensure proper safety, housekeeping, documentation, and support training for technicians and operators.

Requirements: Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

Hands-on experience with facility equipment in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Strong troubleshooting skills with knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems and facility equipment.

Able to read and understand mechanical/electrical drawings and use mechanical tools.

Junior candidates may be considered for Technician roles; willing to work 12-hour shifts and OT.
