Working hours: Mon-Fri 7:30am to 4:30pm (+$5) / 2:30pm to 10:30pm (+$15) / 10:30pm to 7:30am (+$28)

Core Job Scope & Responsibilities

• Machine Operation & Setup: Set up, run, and adjust automated or semi-automated manufacturing equipment, production lines, or specialized furnaces.

• Assembly & Processing: Rivet, install working parts, assemble, and pack electrical components (e.g., single-pole or QO-style electrical breakers) in a systematic rotation across workstations.

• Quality Control & Inspection: Perform first-piece and ongoing quality checks using precision gauges, measure parts, and utilize Statistical Process Control (SPC) software or digital lean systems to track performance.

• Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Conduct routine line maintenance, perform on-line minor repairs, and report major equipment failures or downtime to supervisors.

• Data Entry & Tracking: Complete order transactions, log production data, and update records using enterprise systems like SAP.

• Safety & Workplace Standards: Follow strict Safety First protocols, including Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) procedures, proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) use, and 5S workplace organization standards.

Requirements:

• Production: Manufacturing Operator experience

• Able to stand long hours

• Able to work OT if needed

• Able to speak & read English
