Als Hersteller von Kunststoff\- und Haushaltsprodukten sind wir national und international in fünf Geschäftsbereichen tätig. Controller und Assistent der Geschäftsleitung (m/w) ====================================================

Ihre Mission

Controlling – ca. 50–60%

  • Erstellung von Budgets, Forecasts und Reports
  • Durchführung von Soll\-Ist\-Vergleichen und Abweichungsanalysen
  • Analyse der Profitabilität von Produkten, Kunden und Geschäftsbereichen
  • Weiterentwicklung von Kennzahlen und KPI\-Dashboards
  • Kostenstellen\- und Kostenträgercontrolling
  • Projektcontrolling
  • Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von Optimierungsmassnahmen

Assistenz der Geschäftsleitung – 40\-50 %

  • Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung im operativen Tagesgeschäft
  • Vorbereitung und Nachbearbeitung von Sitzungen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen
  • Koordination von Terminen, Projekten und internen Aufgaben
  • Mitarbeit bei strategischen und organisatorischen Projekten

Ihre Skills

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung in Finanzen, Controlling oder Betriebswirtschaft
  • Erste Berufserfahrung oder motivierter Einstieg ins Controlling
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Finanzbuchhaltung, Budgetierung und Reporting
  • Sehr gute Excel\- und Microsoft\-365\-Kenntnisse; ERP\- und Power\-BI\-Erfahrung von Vorteil
  • Analytisches und unternehmerisches Denken sowie ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis
  • Erfahrung in Projektmanagement und Prozessoptimierung
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen
