Dine opgaver :

  • Tilberedning og anretning af varme asiatiske retter.
  • Tilberedning af små asiatiske starters, såsom gyoza og forårsruller.
  • Forberedelse af råvarer og klargøring inden service.
  • Sikring af ensartet kvalitet - også når der er travlt.
  • Hjælpe med at fornye vores menukort og komme på nye retter.
  • Rengøring og overholdelse af køkkenets hygiejne rutiner.

Vi søger dig der :

  • Har erfaring fra et professionelt køkken.
  • Har interesse for det asiatiske køkken.
  • Arbejder struktureret og har øje for detaljerne.
  • Tager ansvar og er en god kollega.
  • Trives i et køkken med tempo og tæt samarbejde.
  • Kan arbejde om aftenen og i weekender.
