The posting

Voor onze nieuw op te richten productieafdeling in Antwerpen zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren vakman met kennis van de productie van aluminium en PVC ramen, deuren, schuifsystemen en gevelonderdelen.

Deze functie is geen hulpfunctie; wij zoeken een gekwalificeerde medewerker die zelfstandig kan werken en vertrouwd is met werkplaatsprocessen, CNC-machines, zaagmachines en profielbewerkingstechnieken. Van de kandidaat wordt verwacht dat hij/zij technische tekeningen kan lezen, machines correct kan instellen en ramen en deuren zelfstandig kan voorbereiden en monteren volgens de opgegeven maten en kwaliteitsnormen.

Taken

U bent verantwoordelijk voor de volgende taken:

* Lezen en interpreteren van technische tekeningen, maatlijsten en productiebonnen

* Zelfstandig instellen en bedienen van CNC-machines voor aluminium en PVC profielen

* Werken met zaagmachines, dubbele verstekzagen, freesmachines, boormachines en andere profielbewerkingsapparatuur

* Zagen, frezen, boren en bewerken van aluminium en PVC profielen volgens de juiste afmetingen

* Voorbereiden en monteren van ramen, deuren, schuifsystemen en gevelonderdelen

* Monteren van beslag, rubbers, dichtingen, versterkingen, hoekverbindingen en accessoires

* Uitvoeren van maatcontrole, kwaliteitscontrole en controle op haaksheid/afwerking

* Oplossen van technische problemen tijdens het productieproces

* Werken volgens productiebonnen, technische tekeningen en veiligheidsvoorschriften

* Zorgen voor een nette en veilige werkplek en machines

Vereisten:

* Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in aluminium en/of PVC ramen- en deurenproductie

* Ervaring met CNC-machines en profielbewerkingsapparatuur

* Vaardigheid in het gebruik van dubbele verstekzagen, freesmachines, boormachines en montagegereedschap

* Kennis van aluminium en PVC profielen, beslag, dichtingen, rubbers en versterkingen

* Zelfstandig kunnen monteren van ramen, deuren, schuifsystemen en gevelonderdelen

* Technische tekeningen en maatlijsten correct kunnen lezen en toepassen

* Kennis van maatvoering, toleranties, afwerking en kwaliteitscontrole

* Zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en met een sterk veiligheidsbewustzijn kunnen werken

* Fysiek geschikt voor werk in een werkplaatsomgeving

Belangrijk

Deze functie is uitsluitend geschikt voor ervaren vakmensen. Kandidaten zonder ervaring in aluminium/PVC schrijnwerk, CNC-machines of profielbewerking worden niet in aanmerking genomen.

Opleiding / Kwalificaties

Technisch diploma of gelijkwaardige werkervaring

Voor kandidaten met voldoende praktijkervaring is een diploma niet verplicht.

Werkervaring

Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in aluminium en/of PVC ramen- en deurenproductie vereist.

Ervaring met CNC-machines en zaag-/bewerkingsapparatuur is verplicht.
