The posting

Bakers Delight Wagga Wagga is seeking an experienced and reliable Retail Manager to lead the front-of-house retail team and support the smooth daily operation of the bakery. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service, leadership and store management experience in a fast-paced retail environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day retail bakery operations Supervise, train and support retail staff Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive store environment Monitor sales, stock levels, wastage and daily store performance Maintain product presentation, merchandising and store cleanliness Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and workplace procedures Assist with rostering, staff performance and operational reporting Requirements Previous retail management or supervisory experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable, organised and able to manage a team Good understanding of stock control and daily store operations Availability to work early mornings, weekends and public holidays as required Benefits Full-time opportunity available Supportive and friendly team environment Stable role with an established bakery brand Opportunity to grow within a well-known retail bakery Work with a respected local business serving the Wagga Wagga community How to Apply: Please send your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your retail management experience.
