Jij houdt het aankoopproces draaiende, van bestelling tot levering!

Als Purchase & Supply Coordinator ben je de verbindende schakel tussen sales, leveranciers en magazijn. Je combineert een nauwkeurige administratie met een scherp oog voor planning en opvolging.

  • Bestellingen coördineren: je volgt inkomende orders op, stemt af met collega's en vertaalt aankoopbehoeften vanuit het ERP-systeem naar correcte aankooporders.
  • Levertermijnen bewaken: je volgt bestellingen actief op, anticipeert op mogelijke vertragingen en neemt tijdig contact op met leveranciers.
  • Leverancierscontacten onderhouden: je bouwt goede werkrelaties op en zorgt voor een vlotte communicatie en opvolging van afspraken.
  • Transport en goederenontvangst opvolgen: je organiseert het inkomende transport, controleert ontvangen goederen en registreert alles correct in het ERP-systeem.
  • Voorraad en administratie beheren: je bestelt voorraadartikelen, signaleert mogelijke stockbreuken en verzorgt onder meer artikelcreatie, prijsaanvragen en retouradministratie.

Jouw grootste troef? Je wacht niet tot problemen zich voordoen, maar denkt vooruit, neemt initiatief en zorgt ervoor dat elke bestelling correct én tijdig wordt afgehandeld.

Hoewel de functie hoofdzakelijk administratief is, komt een goede technische basis goed van pas om producten en specificaties te begrijpen en praktische beslissingen te nemen. Voor complexere technische vraagstukken kan je rekenen op de ondersteuning van de technisch directeur.

  • Opleiding: bij voorkeur een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Technische affiniteit: een goede technische basis; je begrijpt technische specificaties en kan praktisch meedenken.
  • Organisatietalent: je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd, behoudt overzicht en schakelt vlot tussen taken en deadlines.
  • Proactieve aanpak: je neemt initiatief, denkt oplossingsgericht en volgt zaken consequent op.
  • Digitale vaardigheden: goede kennis van Excel en vlot met ERP-systemen, of bereid die snel te leren.
  • Talen: uitstekend Nederlands en vlot Engels voor leverancierscontacten.
  • Samenwerking: je neemt verantwoordelijkheid, werkt graag in team en zoekt een stabiele samenwerking.

Ervaring in aankoopadministratie, orderopvolging of een technische omgeving is een pluspunt.
