Stillingen

Hos JAI søger vi en engageret LEAN-assistent, der brænder for løbende forbedringer, 5S og Kaizen, og som trives med at være tæt på driften. Du bliver en synlig sparringspartner for produktionen, og du får ansvaret for selv at spotte og drive konkrete forbedringsprojekter – fra idé til implementering og forankring.

Vi søger en person med praktisk og dokumentérbar erfaring inden for LEAN, 5S og Kaizen og en hands-on tilgang til forbedringsarbejde. Du er selvkørende i forhold til både opgave- og resultatmålsætning, og du trives med at stå i spidsen for en opgave.

Nøgleopgaver

• Drive Kaizen-events, 5S og andre forbedringsaktiviteter med udgangspunkt i Gemba – fra opstart til implementering og opfølgning

• Understøtte kolleger i den daglige brug af LEAN- og 5S-værktøjer

• Gennemføre problemløsningsforløb sammen med de involverede medarbejdere

• Følge op på igangsatte initiativer og sikre, at aftalte forbedringer forankres og fastholdes i hverdagen

Din profil

• Din erfaring kommer fra en produktionsvirksomhed, fx som LEAN-assistent, LEAN-koordinator e.lign.

• Du involverer dine kolleger gennem dialog og engagement

• Du er struktureret, nysgerrig og har lyst til at være tæt på driften og til stede ved Gemba

• Du kommunikerer klart på dansk, og det er en fordel, hvis du også kan begå dig på engelsk

OBS: Stillingen har ikke personaleansvar. Du får indflydelse gennem facilitering, dialog og fremdrift i projekterne
