Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista Comercial com perfil estratégico, comunicativo(a) e orientado(a) a resultados, apaixonado(a) por construir relacionamentos, identificar oportunidades e gerar novos negócios.

Este profissional será responsável por atuar de forma consultiva na prospecção, qualificação e desenvolvimento de oportunidades comerciais, conduzindo negociações, apresentações de soluções e gestão do relacionamento com clientes. Também será responsável pela elaboração e acompanhamento de propostas comerciais, gestão do funil de vendas, análise de indicadores e identificação de oportunidades que contribuam para o crescimento sustentável da empresa.

Buscamos alguém com visão de negócios, capacidade analítica, excelente comunicação e habilidade para transformar necessidades dos clientes em soluções de valor, contribuindo diretamente para o alcance dos resultados comerciais.

Requisitos

  • Ensino Superior concluído em Administração, Gestão Comercial, Marketing, Processos Gerenciais ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência na área comercial, prospecção, negociação ou gestão de clientes;
  • Conhecimento em técnicas de vendas e negociação;
  • Vivência com CRM e ferramentas de gestão comercial;
  • Boa capacidade de comunicação, organização e relacionamento interpessoal.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência com vendas consultivas de software ou tecnologia;
  • Conhecimento em Customer Experience (CX) e Customer Success (CS);
  • Experiência com análise de indicadores comerciais e gestão de pipeline;
  • Conhecimento em ERP, LGPD e gestão contratual.
