Estamos em busca de um(a) Assistente de Atualização comprometido(a), organizado(a) e com interesse em tecnologia, para atuar garantindo que os sistemas dos nossos clientes estejam sempre atualizados, seguros e funcionando com excelência.

Este profissional será responsável por realizar atualizações de software nos ambientes dos clientes, executar rotinas de backup, validar o correto funcionamento dos sistemas após as atualizações e manter registros atualizados dos processos realizados. Também atuará de forma próxima aos clientes, realizando agendamentos, prestando orientações e acompanhando a conclusão dos atendimentos para garantir uma experiência positiva e a continuidade operacional das serventias.

Buscamos alguém com perfil analítico, atenção aos detalhes, facilidade para aprender novos processos e boa comunicação para interagir com clientes e equipes internas. Organização, senso de prioridade e responsabilidade são características fundamentais para o sucesso nesta posição.

Requisitos

  • Ensino Superior cursando em Tecnologia da Informação, Sistemas de Informação, Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas, Ciência da Computação ou áreas correlatas;
  • Conhecimento em atividades relacionadas a suporte, implantação, atualização de sistemas ou atendimento técnico;
  • Facilidade para utilização de sistemas e ferramentas tecnológicas;
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;
  • Organização, atenção aos detalhes e capacidade de cumprir prazos.

Diferenciais

  • Conhecimento em banco de dados e comandos SQL;
  • Experiência com atualização, implantação ou suporte de software;
  • Conhecimento em ambientes Windows Server;
  • Vivência com sistemas de gestão (ERP);
  • Conhecimento de processos notariais e registrais;
  • Noções de LGPD e segurança da informação.
