Tecnico R&D – Testing e Prototipazione Elettronica/Meccatronica

Chi cerchiamo Per la nostra sede di Arcore siamo alla ricerca di un Tecnico Elettronico con una solida esperienza pratica da inserire nel team di Ricerca & Sviluppo. La posizione è particolarmente adatta a persone che apprezzano il lavoro operativo di laboratorio, il montaggio e il collaudo di prototipi, l'utilizzo della strumentazione di misura e l'analisi delle problematiche tecniche finalizzata alla loro risoluzione. Il team R&D è composto da ingegneri elettronici, informatici e meccanici che collaborano quotidianamente nello sviluppo dei prodotti aziendali. La figura selezionata entrerà a far parte di un ambiente tecnico dinamico e orientato al confronto professionale, nel quale ciascun membro contribuisce attivamente al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di progetto.

Principali responsabilità L'attività principale consiste nel testing e nel collaudo di dispositivi elettronici e meccatronici. A questa si affiancano ulteriori attività che rendono il ruolo particolarmente vario e operativo:

  • Testing e collaudo di dispositivi meccatronici, circuiti elettronici e prototipi.
  • Montaggio e assemblaggio di prototipi elettronici e meccanici, in collaborazione con i team tecnici coinvolti.
  • Definizione dei cablaggi elettrici e realizzazione degli schemi elettrici, inclusa la selezione dei materiali e l'interazione con i fornitori.
  • Codifica e gestione delle anagrafiche materiali relative a componenti elettronici, elettromeccanici ed elettrici.
  • Analisi e risoluzione di problematiche tecniche, sia in autonomia sia in collaborazione con il team R&D.
  • Supporto tecnico alle diverse funzioni aziendali coinvolte nello sviluppo e nell'industrializzazione dei prodotti.

La progettazione elettronica e la definizione dell'architettura dei circuiti sono affidate ai progettisti e agli ingegneri del dipartimento. La figura ricercata contribuirà principalmente alla realizzazione pratica dei prototipi, alla loro validazione e alla verifica delle prestazioni.

Requisiti essenziali

  • Diploma tecnico a indirizzo elettronico o elettrotecnico, oppure esperienza professionale equivalente.
  • Esperienza pratica nel montaggio e collaudo di circuiti e dispositivi elettronici, inclusi saldatura, cablaggio e utilizzo della strumentazione di laboratorio.
  • Capacità di leggere schemi elettronici e di redigere schemi elettrici.
  • Precisione, metodo e buona manualità.
  • Attitudine alla risoluzione dei problemi e collaborazione in team.

Requisiti preferenziali

  • Esperienza maturata in contesti di prototipazione o Ricerca & Sviluppo.
  • Conoscenza di sistemi meccatronici o di automazione industriale.
  • Buona autonomia organizzativa.

L’eventuale appartenenza alle categorie di cui all’art. 1 della Legge 68/1999 e l’iscrizione alle liste del collocamento mirato saranno considerate elemento preferenziale nella selezione. La selezione è comunque aperta a tutte le persone in possesso dei requisiti richiesti per il ruolo. Retribuzione: CCNL Commercio. Fascia RAL prevista indicativamente tra €25.000 e €32.000, da definire in base all’esperienza e alle competenze effettivamente possedute, nel rispetto dei criteri aziendali di inquadramento.
